Fun Factory Bouncer: Review

Details

The Fun Factory Bouncer is a dildo with a hidden secret. Beyond that bright red 100% silicone shaft lives a series of weighted balls. When shaken the balls rattle within to produce a subtle vibration. Sounds great in theory, and works well when shaking the toy in your hand, but it just doesn’t carry over into use as much as we would have like.

As a regular dildo its shape is interesting enough, and the size is adequate for what we usually prefer. But the one thing we cannot look past is the silicone itself. It is wonderfully red, as few toys in the industry are and we wanted to like it, but it is so draggy. It feels although no matter how much lubricant we coat the Fun Factory Bouncer in it just wants to grip to your insides no matter how much lubricant was applied. I had a similar issue with our Astral Dildo but not to this extent.

At 1.6” in diameter at the humps, and 7” in length, the drag created by the silicone is felt the entire way, hindering any chance to appreciate the texture or the internal ben wa style vibrations. For those to operate requires a pretty steady thrusting pace, one that I found uncomfortable with this toy.

Another thing we adore about this toy is the base. Featuring a rounded triangular style base, the Fun Factory Bouncer is both anal safe and harness compatible. Underneath that wonderfully shaped base is suction cup, a feature I am happy to be seeing in more and more toys as of recently

It is unfortunate that despite all of these positives and fun features included in this toy, the Fun Factory Bouncer falls flat due to the draggy nature of the silicone. This is the first toy where I can say that has happened for us, and it is such a bummer as we love everything else about this toy.

 Cleaning Instructions

The 100% Ultra Premium Silicone used is nothing but quality. As with any silicone toy the options are plentiful when it comes to cleaning.  Tantus suggests:

For a quick clean, use antibacterial soap with warm to hot water, or use a toy cleaner (one without Triclosan!).

For a more extensive clean, you can boil your toy for 2 minutes, with enough water to cover. You can also spray or rinse your product in a 10% bleach solution. Do NOT boil bleach.

To clean toys with grooves, crevices, and texture, you may put your product in the dishwasher on a regular cycle on the bottom rack. Let air dry, or clean with a lint free cloth.
