The Tantus Goddess Handle is our second handled dildo, and has quickly become a staple in our collection. It shares many similarities with our first handle toy, the Echo handle. The Goddess measuring in at 10.75” long, of which 6.5” is insertable, and diameter of 1.5” inches. The handle with a matte finish contrasts the glossy shaft, providing both a visible separation as well as making it a tad easier to grip when in use.
The Goddess Handle is a non-realistic dildo, but is not lacking in texture. The Goddess handle is covered in what I would describe with as waves. Following the initial head, the shaft continues into three ridges that flow toward the head of the toy. The Goddess Handle is very firm, yet flexible, it is easy to bend but the firmness of the silicone allows the gentle wavy texture to become more pronounced in use. If you are familiar with the Echo Handle review, we do cover our dislike of realistic shapes as well as lifelike colors. Fortunately for us our Goddess handle arrived in wonderful dark purple, that we have grown quite fond of.
Handled toys have quickly become some of our favorite to use. The addition of a handle allows for a better grip, faster thrusting, and an overall more versatile toy. The Goddess Handle is no different, the addition of the handle enables us to more comfortably control the toy, allowing us to make the best use of the texture and length. The bulbous head followed by the flowing ridges are heavenly when thrust. Coupled with the firm nature of the silicone it allows for a much firmer stimulation of the g-spot/prostate.
Much like our complaints with the Echo Handle it is a smaller diameter than we typically prefer, that is of no fault of the toy but more our personal preference. What the Goddess Handle lacks in diameter it makes up for with its thrusting ability, the added handle allows us to better thrust the toy than a traditional dildo. The smaller diameter also allows for use in quicker sessions and is easily used without having to warm up, unlike some of our other favorites. In the end our impressions are much aligned with our views on the Echo Handle. These toys are similar enough in our use that we hardly differentiate the two and if it were not for our disdain for the color of our Echo Handle they would exist as identical toys in our collection.
After becoming more familiar with Tantus’ handled toy options it leaves me wanting more. Their are four handled toys, the G-force which is a tad smaller than the Echo and Goddess. On the larger end is the Anaconda, but unfortunately features a more realistic design that we are just not a fan of. In a perfect world I would love to see a larger duel density handled toy, something like a handled Cush would be beyond amazing. Until we will continue to use the Goddess Handle, and enjoying every minute.
The 100% Ultra Premium Silicone used is nothing but quality. As with any silicone toy the options are plentiful when it comes to cleaning. Tantus suggests:
For a quick clean, use antibacterial soap with warm to hot water, or use a toy cleaner (one without Triclosan!).
For a more extensive clean, you can boil your toy for 2 minutes, with enough water to cover. You can also spray or rinse your product in a 10% bleach solution. Do NOT boil bleach.
To clean toys with grooves, crevices, and texture, you may put your product in the dishwasher on a regular cycle on the bottom rack.
For the most thorough cleaning, follow all three steps.
1. Wash the toy with soap & hot water to remove debris.
2. Spray or rinse the toy with a 10% bleach solution.
3. Run the toy through the dishwasher, bottom rack, detergent not necessary.
