Fleshlight QuickShot: Review

The Details

Those familiar with the standard Fleshlight, or even the flight as we reviewed early will be surprised at the size of the Quickshot. Measuring at 4.5” tall, and 2.8” in diameter it stands roughly the size of a soda can. What makes the Quickshot so unique is the open ended design, with a full “orifice’ on either side the Quickshot can be used in either direction, combine that with shorter length it creates a unique sensation that varies from my experience with the Flight but is in no way inferior. In fact the compact size and open ended design makes for a product that is both easy to use, as it is to clean.

Use

Now that I am more familiar with the Fleshlight Pilot, I did have great expectations going in. The Quickshot brought all of the intensity of Pilot in a much smaller package and at a fraction of the price. For those who would like to use the Quickshot with their partner the open ended design allows it to be used during oral sex, providing extra stimulation along the shaft.

Fleshlight QuickshotOne thing I would say about those who are more familiar with the full size models is the Quickshot does not give that feeling of being encompassed by it, lacking length to insert your entire shaft as well as the grabbing suction that comes with the closed in.

Saying that I wouldn’t call the Quickshot an inferior experience; just different. When using the Quickshot vs the Flight I find that the Quickshot is easier to maneuver. Without the vacuum effect the open ended design allows for a much quicker stroke with greater control.

The texture inside is both soft and stimulating and the Black case with an almost metal colored insert is both attractive and discrete. I find myself bouncing back and forth between the Quickshot and the Flight with neither really winning out. They both offer a great experience when it comes to enhancing solo play, and would recommend them to anyone looking for the same. Where the Quickshot does win some points over the Flight is in couples play and price. At $35 dollars the Quickshot Is a much more affordable option when compared to either the original Fleshlight or even the Flight, making it a great entry into the world of Fleshlights.

Care and Maintenance

IMG_0538Fleshlight mentions the following cleaning instructions for their products:

“Simply rinse your removable Fleshlight Sleeve with warm water from your sink and allow time for it to dry before storing. Do NOT use soap to clean your SuperSkin Sleeve. For tough cleaning, we suggest using our Fleshwash, specifically formulated to clean our sleeves. To maintain that soft feel, sprinkle a liberal amount of Fleshlight Renewing Powder on the sleeve and shake off the excess powder. We do NOT recommend the use of talcum or baby powder. NOTE: Powdering an Ice Fleshlight masturbation sleeve with anything other than Fleshlight Renewing Powder or corn starch will cause it to cloud over and lose its clear “ice” quality.”

As for other Fleshlight maintenance, they do not recommend the use of Oil based lubricants, as it will cause the degradation of the material. Recommending instead that you stick with water based lubricants. We have been using Sliquid Botanicals Gel and it has been working perfectly, and we highly recommend it!

  1. Very detailed review 🙂 Easy to read and plenty of infos to assimilate. Good quality work, now I want a quickshot for my bf! 🙂

    1. Awww. Thanks for the compliment. If I were to buy another it would be the Quickshot. To me it comes across as the best value.

  2. The material looks a lot more stable and less sticky than the regular fleshlights. Is that just because of the color?

    1. We do not own a regular full size fleshlight but I find the Flight to be a little less “tacky” than the Quickshot but wouldn’t classify either as sticky to the touch, especially in use.

  3. I’ve been thinking about getting a sleeve for my partner, but most Fleshlights would be way too much for him in terms of sensitivity. I’ll have to check this one out!

  4. Ohhh, that’s actually quite pretty for a fleshlight! I wish I had more use for them; this one is interesting even just to look at. (Perhaps when I’m a sex educator and have toys just for show and tell I’ll get one and put a few flowers in it between teaching gigs. ;D )

  5. I was thinking about getting one of these (I have a full-size fleshlight which was way too big and a Flight that my partner and I love). I think I’m sold!

  6. Helpful, thank you! We’re in the market for a Fleshlight so this is good to know. I’ve decided that having the open end is a must, whichever model we go with.

    1. The texture is basically the same, the one thing it lacks is suction. With the open end you are able to move it much faster, so it all comes down to preference. My all time favorite is the Fleshlight Go Torque. Its an amazing texture, and still in the smaller form factor; similar to the flight.

  7. I like the idea of the smaller size with the quality that Fleshlight products have. And the best thing is how affordable it is!
Really have to look into it.

  8. Thanks for the review. I’m getting one to take traveling. The metallic color should be interesting compared to my other FLs.
