Tantus Super Soft Ball Stretchers: Review

The Details

The Tantus Ball Stretchers are 100% Platinum silicone rings meant to be stretch over the testicles, to create a separation. Measuring 1.5’ inside diameter, the two pack of stretchers come in 1.25” and .75” heights. These can also be used in unison to create a 2” separation. The Ball Stretchers are Tantus’ usual soft silky silicone, providing enough stretch to be comfortable in use. The bright red color and matte finish make these stretchers appear much less intimidating than other products of this type.

Use

Although I believe these to be an excellent introductory product for ball stretching, I find that ball stretching may not be for me. The Tantus Ball Stretchers were simple to use. The smaller ring offered little in stretch but was a great way to get our feet wet to the process. Even the largest ring was in no way too much for a beginner and offered a firm yet subtle separation of the testicles. I have yet to try to get both on at the same time, due to a few difficulties I had when using them.

For one they seem to come off easily. I am in by no means and expert in this realm but when stretched over the testicles, it would create the desired stretching effect. But when engaging in any other play I would find one testicle could work its way back out, making the stretcher fall off. This would not happen every time but happened enough to become a nuisance.

Despite the quality of materials and design I just have not been able to enjoy the act of ball stretching. But I don’t believe that to be fault of the product.

Cleaning Instructions

The 100% Ultra Premium Silicone used is nothing but quality. As with any silicone toy the options are plentiful when it comes to cleaning. Tantus suggests:

For a quick clean, use antibacterial soap with warm to hot water, or use a toy cleaner (one without Triclosan!).
For a more extensive clean, you can boil your toy for 2 minutes, with enough water to cover. You can also spray or rinse your product in a 10% bleach solution. Do NOT boil bleach.
To clean toys with grooves, crevices, and texture, you may put your product in the dishwasher on a regular cycle on the bottom rack.

For the most thorough cleaning, follow all three steps.
1. Wash the toy with soap & hot water to remove debris.
2. Spray or rinse the toy with a 10% bleach solution.
3. Run the toy through the dishwasher, bottom rack, detergent not necessary.
